Middletown, Madison treasurers apply for Lebanon job

Middletown City Schools Treasurer Eric Sotzing and Madison Local Schools Treasurer Mark Zimov are among three applicants that will be interviewed this week for a job with Lebanon City Schools.

The men were selected for interview to be the district’s fourth treasurer in four years from a pool of nine applicants.

A Lebanon official said the district hopes to hold a second round of interviews by the end of August and make a determination shortly after.

According to a database maintained by the Ohio School Boards Association, for 2006-07 Madison paid their treasurer $87,257, Middletown paid $87,975, and Lebanon paid $91,666.
