Hey buddy, it’s a sobriety test

ENGLEWOOD Sept 20 An officer pulled over a driver at Interstate 70 and South Main Street after observing erratic driving. There was an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The driver was nervous and had trouble completing his sentences. His eyes were bloodshot and watery. The driver said he didn’t know where the odor of marijuana was coming from because he’d just cleaned his car. He also denied smoking any marijuana or drinking alcohol that night. The driver said he was not intoxicated and for the officer to give him a “soriety test.” He was arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated after submitting to a sobriety test.
