Park sleeper, feeling aggrieved, gets himself arrested

KETTERING Officers responded to Delco Park, 1700 Woodman Center Drive, because a man was sleeping on the soccer fields.

He refused to move for the lawn mowers.

The subject cursed at the officer when she arrived on scene. There were numerous children and adults at the park at the time.

The subject was warned several times to stop, but wouldn’t comply. He was subsequently arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
