Sometimes the police have to fight to make an arrest
SPRINGBORO May 25 An officer observed a wanted male walking in the area of Factory Road at Market Street and attempted to make contact with him at the community park, sitting at a picnic table. The officer told the subject he was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The subject stated, “bull expletive,” and took off. He ignored orders to stop and a foot chase ensued. The officer tried to Tase the subject but it malfunctioned. The pursuit continued throughout the park before the officer was able to take the subject down. The subject threw several punches but the officer was able to avoid them. The two went to the ground again and continued fighting. The officer tried to stun the subject with the Taser but was unable to make good contact. Another officer arrived and the subject was taken into custody and then to Southview Hospital for his injuries. The officer was treated at Sycamore Hospital for his injuries. Once they were both medically cleared, the subject was booked by Springboro police and taken to the Warren County Jail.

A female that was pregnant was tazed by an officer that didn’t know she was pregnant. the chief said before the investigation was complete that he should have used his tazer on her lower body and not on her mid-section. The officer was fired for an unrelated situation but he was doomed after the comments made by the Trotwood cheif at the time. The chief wasn’t there.By WTF
