Resident reports electric meter rip-off

DAYTON May 9 Police responded to the 2000 block of East Third Street on a burglary. The resident said she was sitting in her home when the power went out and then someone knocked on or kicked her door very hard. There was no damage to the door but the resident’s electric meter was missing from the side of the house.

Once they started stealin gutters, pretty much is fair game now.. i guess lol
