The seizure made me do it, man tells police

ENGLEWOOD May 8 Officers responded to Kmart, 360 W. National Road, after a male was caught stealing a BB gun. The subject had a bag of what appeared to be marijuana, four “roaches,” and some rolling papers in his pants pocket. He said the pants belonged to his brother. A Mach 3 razor blade case with one razor blade in it, a razor, and a knife were among other items found in his pockets. Officers also located two pairs of thong underwear in the crotch of his pants. He was issued a summons for theft and trespassed from Kmart. The subject requested a medic, stating he had medical conditions. He also said he must have had a seizure and blacked out, which caused him to steal and act the way he did. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.

A seizure can cause you to lose your memory, not steal…and if you do have a seizure you aren’t running around stealing things. I’ve witnessed one.
