Give Truth a Chance
DAYTON May 1 Officers on a traffic stop at East Third and Horton streets were told by one of the vehicle’s four occupants that he didn’t know his Social Security number or have any identification. He was patted down and placed in a cruiser where he told an officer his birth date was Nov. 11, 1981. The officer ran the name and birth date provided by the subject and learned they were an alias used by the subject. The officer also learned there was a name tattooed on the subject’s right shoulder. The subject stated, “I’m going to be straight up with you,” when the officer asked to see his right shoulder. He gave the officer his real name and was then advised he didn’t have any warrants or capiases. “Man, I was scared,” the subject stated. ” I didn’t know. If I would have known I didn’t have any warrants I would have told you my true name.” He was issued a summons for obstruction of official business.

I am whoever you say I am. If I wasn’t why would you say I am. Just call me you and get on with your official harassment and violation of my constitutional rights.
