Tipp City man sees his money fly one way

MONROE TWP. (Miami County) March 17 A Tipp City male reported he sent $927.50, then $64 by Western Union to a girl in Africa he had been communicating with online. The 28-year-old said the girl was supposed to use the money to purchase a plane ticket, but now he doesn’t think she will. He filed the report hoping to get his money back.
