Crashed car found in road, driver charged

KETTERING, March 20 — An officer at West Stroop and Stonehaven roads saw a badly damaged vehicle in the middle of the roadway and learned the male driver crossed all lanes of traffic, went over the curb and struck two retaining walls. The odor of alcohol emanated from the suspected driver of the vehicle, and he was arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated.
