Man calls police after he hits parked cars

KETTERING Feb. 27: Officers responded to the area of Culver Avenue after receiving a call about a driver who was possibly intoxicated. They learned the caller was the driver. He was returning home from a bar and struck two parked cars before running off the road. The subject failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated and failure to control.
