Offense erupts as Miami wins 94-66

The Miami University basketball team defeated Northwestern State 94-66 in the RedHawks’ home opener Saturday, Dec. 6.
Michael Bramos led Miami with 31 points, Tyler Dierkers recorded a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds, and Kenny Hayes had 11 points and a career-high eight assists.
The 94 points were the most scored in regulation by Miami in 11 years.

RedHawks lead Northwestern State at half

Miami leads Northwestern State 35-29 at halftime of the RedHawks’ season opener at Millett Hall.
The RedHawks, who have never trailed, lead despite being out-rebounded 22-16. Tyler Dierkers and Michael Bramos lead Miami with eight points each.
