Boogie on Thursday, pretend you’re a superhero on Saturday

Three events to add a little spice to your weekend nightlife.

Boogie Nights at Atmosphere, Thursday, Feb. 5

Join host MC Jake Preston at Atmosphere this Thursday for a night full of live performances by five DJs and two MCs. Enjoy $1 drafts and $5 pitchers while dancing the night away to hip-hop by DJ SpareChange and Collab, trance by DJ K.O., and drums, bass and breaks by DJ Sociopath, DJ OvaDos and DJ Tenchu.

Where: Atmosphere Nightclub, 507 Miamisburg Centerville Road, Centerville

When: Thursday, Feb. 5

The bite: $5 cover charge, 21 and up only

DJ Jay at Club Vex, Thursday, Feb. 5

There is no cover for everyone 18 and up this Thursday at Club Vex (formerly Pearl) so you can dance to tunes by DJ Jay all night for free. Use the extra money to buy more drinks, and don’t forget to tip your bartender.

The bite: No cover

Super Hero Night at Shroyer Inn, Saturday, Feb. 7

Throw on your cape and tights and don’t forget your X-ray vision because this Saturday is Super Hero Theme Night at Shroyer Inn. Saturday’s are also karaoke night, so bring those super singing voices, too.
