PetSmart pampers pets with special Halloween event
Admit it, you know that you already picked out Fido’s new costume for this Halloween, you are one of the more than 20 million Americans who get their pets into the action for the holiday. Well, why not get some free goodies and the chance to win more with a free event at PetSmart?
On Oct. 20 from 6 to 8 p.m., pets and their parents can show off their stylish costumes and devilish ways at PetSmart’s annual Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest and Photo Event. The event will be held in all PetSmart stores and will feature a pet parade, prizes for contest winners and a free goodie bag for the first 100 customers. A photo package is available for $4.95 with a PetPerks card and includes a digital photo and collector Halloween-themed frame, according to a news release.
There are PetSmart locations in Fairfield Twp. on Princeton Rd. as well as on Voice of America Drive in West Chester Twp.
I dug out the old Halloween junk last week and found a devil dog costume— so appropriate for my puppy, Cody, who is constantly getting himself into trouble. As I told people, I always said he was a little devil. That is him pictured above. Think he’s a winner?
