Kroger launches new e-coupon site
Kroger has lauched a new shopper’s card e-coupon Web site, Bringing Hope to the Table. The site not only offers coupons for your shopper’s card at Kroger and its affiliated stores, but it also appears the company is partnering with Feeding America to donate $4 million in funds and food to local food banks.
To go to the site and get your coupons, click here. You need an e-mail address and your Kroger Plus Card number to load the coupons, which will post to your account within 24 hours. You can load up to 25 coupons from the site, but be advised your shopper card can only hold 50 coupons total. Once you register, be sure to click on the “Load Coupons to Card” button to ensure they are activated on your Kroger Plus Card.
In case you are not familiar with e-coupons, these coupons come off your order automatically at the register when you use your shopper’s card. They do not double or triple, and are only redeemable at face value when you buy the specified products. You can only use the coupon once.
Although you cannot check what coupons you have on your card through this Web site, you can print out the list so you know what is there once you hit the store. You also have to re-register every time, apparently, so make sure you always know your Plus Card number if you want to add new coupons.
