Happy Earth Day!
Happy Earth Day!
Today is the 38th annual celebration of the planet we call home, and a day to step back and think about things we can do to preserve and restore our natural resources…
So that’s the official line on Earth Day, but I want to know: what do YOU think about Earth Day?
Is it a time to reflect on accomplishments?
A time to call for more action?
Or something in-between?
Send a post, let us know, then go outside and do something good for the planet.

New West Chester Twp. development touts Earth-friendly features
Later this morning I’ll be attending the groundbreakng for Contingent Network Services’ new 50,000 square-foot headquarters.
This is the first part of the planned Eco-Tech Park, a business development that its developers said will feature a number of Earth-friendly and energy efficient technologies.
According to a press release, the developers intend to obtain LEED certification for the planned use of alternative energy sources, efficient control and management of water runoff, the use of low-emission and rapidly renewable building materials and more.
I’ll have more information in a story for tomorrow’s Hamilton Journal-News. Until then, read more at Contingent’s blog about the project, and share your thoughts here; what do you think of this development?
