Budget analysis

I am by no means an expert in school funding. In fact, it gives me a headache to think about it. However, I am quite intrigued by Gov. Ted Strickland’s new plan. It took me two hours to get through the educational summary section and my head still is spinning. Check out the Pulse Journal Thursday for a bunch of articles that analyze this report. However, it is still preliminary and many changes could be made before the June approval.

What do you think? I am looking for feedback from the brave few who have read it!
