Ladd indefinitely takes over for Fogle at Trotwood-Madison

Former athletic director Jim Ladd has been asked by Trotwood-Madison High School officials to fill in for current AD Guy Fogle for an undetermined amount of time.

Ladd said Tuesday night that he was asked last week to indefinitely fill the position. He referred questions to school administration.

Kevin Bell, the school district’s Acting Superintendent, confirmed that Fogle is still the high school AD and is on leave.

Fogle was hired last spring to the position following Ladd’s retirement from the school district. Fogle, 50, came to Trotwood after resigning as executive director of the Western Ohio Television Consortium, Piqua’s main cable access channel.

Fogle also has worked for WKEF, WDTN and WHIO in their newsrooms. He unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination to the party’s candidate for Congress, 3rd District, two years ago against incumbent Republican Mike Turner.

Seems like the “Guy” gets into trouble everywhere he goes. i thought Schools did back ground checks before they hired people.

At least Trotwood cares about what the AD does!DPS needs to check on their own AD about his issues.
