Coldwater state’s winningest football team last 12 seasons
Coldwater AD Eric Goodwin has compiled some impressive Cavalier football stats.
Coldwater (10-3) plays Hicksville (11-2) in the D-V state semifinals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday at Lima Stadium.
Since 2000:
• 144-22 record; most wins state, any division;
• 8th trip to the Final Four out of 12 years;
• 12 wins per year on average;
• Won at least 10 games every year;
• 46 playoff games in 12 years is equivalent to just over 4.5 extra seasons of football;
• Coldwater has advanced to the Final Four six out of last eight seasons;
• 44 playoff wins all-time places Coldwater seventh on the all-time win list in Ohio.
