Don ought to some of those parents who seem to know it all when they are in the stands come out be assistant coaches. Let them see if they actually know how to run a practice and teach a skills drill the proper way. If they can, put them on staff. If not tell them to get in the stands , cheer for the kids and don’t be critical of coaching moves.
