Watch Out for Lebanon’s Davenport
File this under players you’ve never heard of…but should get to know. Lebanon junior guard Blake Davenport scored 23 points Tuesday night to help the Warriors stun Wayne, 69-67 in a Greater Western Ohio Conference crossover game.
Last season he was a impact sophomore for Oak Park (Calif.) High School and averaged nearly 10 points a game. He earned second-team Tri-Valley League. Oak Park is 30 minutes north of Los Angeles. Davenport is a rangy sharpshooter with potential to be an explosive scorer.

There were a lot of uncalled fouls on Lebanon that night, also. Not saying this is what led the LHS Warriors to a win, but I feel it contributed.
