Planning a party for the 4th?
If you’re planning a 4th of July party (the 4th is on a Sunday this year!), chances are you’ll want some decorations and patriotic tableware.
You’re in luck! OrientalTrading.com has tons of 4th supplies to choose from and most of them are on sale now. You can get a patriotic bunting flag for just $4.99 (it comes in at least 3 different styles). They also have plenty of party favors, indoor and outdoor decorations and more to prep your home for your party… right down to the bathroom.
The standard fare for a summer party usually requires a fork and knife, napkins and often includes chips and dip. They’ve got you covered with a Patriotic Dip Cooler, shaped like Uncle Sam’s hat that holds ice to keep your dip cool (and safe!) and a flag utensil caddy to carry the plastic silverware and napkins to the table in style — both sale priced at $7.99 each.
When the party’s over and you don’t want to be stuck with all of those leftover cupcakes and treats, send your guests home with a cupcake that looks like it came from a patriotic bakery. The star-spangled treat boxes (12 for $2.99) will dress up even the plainest cupcake. But if you’re inclined to make your cupcakes sparkle, these 4th of July cupcake papers and picks can help. You get 200 pieces (papers and picks) for $3.99 which is a good deal — if you need to bake 100 cupcakes. If you’re making a standard batch you might do better to buy a single package from your favorite grocery store, craft store or Christmas Tree Shops location (I found a package there recently for $1). Otherwise you’ll want to have somewhere to store the leftover papers/picks until next year.
So are you having a party? Where do you find the best deals for festive party supplies?
