Photos from the Educator of the Year’s Ridgeway Elementary classroom

I spent the afternoon in the Ridgeway Elementary School classroom of Carie Tragesser, the 2009 Educator of the Year, working on a profile of Miss T, scheduled for next week’s Woman of Influence feature. Since only a couple of those will be printed, I thought I’d share some of the many pictures I took……

Diversified Cooperative Health Occupations Class elects officers

Diversified Cooperative Health Occupations Class at Hamilton High School has elected officers for the 2009-10 school year:

Ashley Lynch, president; Jessica McCowan, vice president; Shanece Singletary, secretary; Takaiah Edwards, treasurer; Deontara Smith, Donna Collier and Shanna Hubbard, historians; Molly Herold, chaplain; Emy Young, reporter; Brittanie Vierling, health director; Brittany Hall, fundraising director; Dayshia Sparrow, banquet director; Sarah Johnson, female ambassador; Cyerra Wilkins, safety director; Mikeidra Mitchell and Ti-Ashea Duncan, special projects directors; Ashley Robinson and Katie Fathergill, professional development directors; Ashley Needham and Codie Trauthwein, sargeants-at-arms.

Class advisor is Joyce Leyrer.
