Where’s the best place to go to enjoy the autumn leaves display?
JAMES HUBBARD, Xenia: “Probably John Bryan State Park. It’s quiet and serene.”
SARAH MOORE, Dayton: “The Sugarcreek Reserve is where we always go. They even have buckeye trees, so you should be able to find some buckeyes about now. And it’s just beautiful when the leaves change colors along the river and the walking trails.”
ALYSSA PERROY, Oakwood: “I think Hills and Dales MetroPark is nice. I like the way the raised plank paths go directly through the woods, and you can see the reflection of the leaves in the pond there.”
JIM DELABAR, Centerville: “Indian Lake. There’s a lot of trees to see on the way up, and along the water. We have a house there.”
STEVE MCMANAMON, Dayton: “The Five Rivers MetroParks, in general, are great. My personal favorite is Sugarcreek Reserve. It’s got nice, well-maintained trails.”
