What car did you most enjoy owning or driving?
MARY JO SCHROEDER, Cedarville: “My current car, a Lexus 300. Or my first car, a Corvair Monza Spyder. It was very yellow with a black interior. It was a four- or five-speed sports car. I bought it in Tennessee and then had to learn how to drive a stick shift to get back to my job in Cleveland.”
DEVIN HAWES, West Carrollton: “I had a Cadillac CTS. It was a show car. But I totaled it.”
JEREMY PRICE, Dayton: “I’ve never owned a car I enjoyed driving. I graduated from college during a recession, so I’ve basically been broke my entire life. The cars I’ve driven have been the cars I could afford. If they run, I’m happy.”
MARILYN JOHNSON, Dayton: “My ‘91 Honda Accord EX. I liked everything about it — the cruise control, the sun roof. It was super dooper. It was a beautiful little car.”
ALEX LILLEY, Kettering: “A 2001 Honda Civic. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and it did really well in the snow for a small car.”
