GINA COOPER

GINA COOPER, Yellow Springs: “Don’t let them expire for anyone. People spending their money is more of an economic stimulus than government spending.”

MELINDA HORTON

MELINDA HORTON, Dayton: “Keep them for all but the richest 3 percent. The rest of us are really shouldering the burden for them. They should show some patriotism by helping this country get back on its feet and giving some extra. They were the beneficiaries of the ‘too big to fail’ process.”

STEVE HOUSE

STEVE HOUSE, Fairborn: “I would like to make them permanent for everybody. With the economy the way it is, everybody could use the tax break all the time.”

JOAN SWANSON

JOAN SWANSON, Clayton: “Make them permanent for everybody. We need less government involvement in our lives and more money of our own to spend. And small businesses need lower taxes in order to expand.”

JOE MONNIN

JOE MONNIN, Dayton: “Make them permanent across the board. But I don’t expect the current Congress to do that.”
