When you were in grade school, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When you were in grade school, what did you want to be when you grew up?
MEGHAN MONTGOMERY, Fairborn: “I told my teachers in seventh grade that I wanted to be a bartender so I could help people, and they called my mom in for a conference. Now I’m an Air Force medic.”
TONI KEESLER, Camden: “I wanted to run a day care. Then I had my own children and thought, ‘What was I thinking?’ “
EMILY DANIELS, Dayton: “I can answer that, because I am in grade school. I want to be a zookeeper, because I like all types of animals.”
JEFF NOGOSEK, Washington Twp.: “A fireman. Or a police officer. Who didn’t?”
KATHERINE COTTRILL, Beavercreek: “I wanted to be a beautician and to do hair and makeup.”
DEBBIE MONTGOMERY, Weslaco, Texas: “I definitely didn’t want to be a teacher. I wanted to drive a fire truck. But now I’m a teacher, and I love it.”
