Gluten free books?

One of the hottest selling books in the country these days is “Deliciously G-Free: Food So Flavorful They’ll Never Believe It’s Gluten-Free” by Elizabeth Hasselbeck.

It seems like every time I turn around somebody is talking about gluten. There are gluten free bakeries and gluten free beers. Now, there are even gluten free books like this one.

I don’t have a problem with gluten myself but there seem to be many people who are sensitive to it. Do you avoid gluten? How did you figure out that you have a sensitivity to it?

I happen to be rather fond of wheat. I’m not a gluten glutton but I cannot imagine drinking gluten free beer. That would be difficult for me.
