Report: Bengals’ Benson will not be suspended
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has decided not to suspend Bengals’ running back Cedric Benson, according a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Goodell met with Benson after he was arrested Tuesday, June 29 and charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching an employee in the face at an Austin, Tx., bar.

Hey “Spanky”, explain how you came up with that idiotic rationale? That makes absolutely no sense at all. Do white players get suspended more often than black players? Evidence, please.

I hope some of that aggression can rub off on Carson Palmer. He’s turned into a real woose since getting hurt. And you can have all the TOs, Ochos or Randy Dandies in the world at WR you want. But unless Palmer grows a pair, it won’t matter.

Sounds to me like the only mistake Cedric made was going into a redneck bar. He has a right to defend himself. I hope he saves some of that grit for the field. Go Bengals!
